Fault reporting service

If you notice anything wrong or any safety problems (e.g. lighting, doors, equipment), in Majstranden’s public spaces or in your accommodation, we ask you to report them immediately via the electronic fault reporting service. Faults are rectified as soon as possible.

This is how to make a report:

2. Enter your name, telephone number and e-mail

3. Enter a description (enter address, if it concerns your accommodation) of the fault as accurately as possible
